1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fundrocket.io and related content and tools (the “Site”) provided by BDBC Enterprises LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as FundRocket (“FundRocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Nature of our services
FundRocket is a business funding consultancy. We are not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, credit repair organization, or credit services organization, and we do not originate loans or extend credit. All funding decisions are made solely by third-party lending institutions according to their own underwriting criteria. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written client agreement; these Terms govern the Site only.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, interest rates, promotional terms, or timelines. Introductory 0% APR periods are set by issuing banks and expire, after which standard rates apply. Results described on the Site reflect specific client outcomes and vary by individual credit profile.
4. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Content on the Site, including the Funding Readiness Score, blog articles, and FAQ, is for general educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. The Funding Readiness Score is a marketing estimate based solely on information you self-report; it is not a credit decision and no credit report is pulled. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
5. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you will not submit information on behalf of another person without authorization.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping, automated form submission, attempting to access non-public areas, interfering with Site operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, logos, and software are owned by BDBC Enterprises LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site integrates third-party services (for example, OnceHub for scheduling) and may link to third-party websites, including lender websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BDBC ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BDBC Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
